About this Event:
In this basic data management using Excel application, you’ll learn the most effective ways of implementing excel into business application and to improve it with the help of other Microsoft Office application such as PowerPoint and Words. This course will provide you with all the necessary skills needed so the data collected could be used to improve decision making process. You will learn the skills and techniques on how to collect and manage data by utilizing all the most important functions and formulas, important tools such as google form, tips and tricks in excel, skills in minimizing the usage of mouse for excel, shortcuts, secrets and finally utilizing Pivot Table as the most useful function in excel while at the same time how to present and store your information in the most effective and interesting way and finally amazed your audience.

What you learn in this training course:
• Master google form as the most effective data collection tools and utilize it for more effective data management function in excel.
• Learn on how to use other Microsoft Office applications (PPT and Words) to support the excel as data management application. (you will be introduced and exposed with the secret of how Koreans and Japanese business people mastered their amazing presentation skills)
• Introduction to Pivot Table
• Using Pivot table to easily manage business data and convert it into effective and interesting presentation. (Dashboards, Graphs and Tables)
• Learn and master all the most important function and formulas of excel for managing business data
• Learn all important shortcuts with emphasizing the usage of keyboard and minimize relying on the mouse
• Learn on how to store data using “OneNote” and “DropBox”
• Participants will be provided with many useful apps and software for a more effective data management process.

Duration:
It runs from 10:00 am- 5:00 pm. Lunch break is approximately from noon – 1:00 pm.
